Lacking Inspiration?

1. Use Quora — Search for your niche in Quora and filter by date. Here, you will find what people are curious about in your niche. Use their questions as inspiration for content ideas. You can do this same method on Reddit.

2. Search Amazon — Find the top-selling books in your niche and check the table of contents. I recently read Platform by Cynthia Johnson. The first chapter is about The Case for Personal Branding. That is an excellent topic for creating some content around.

3. Search Within — Ask yourself, “What am I currently excited about” or annoyed, or wish was different. All these questions can spark something.

4. Find Inspiration — Go back through old content and recreate older content you believe could improve. The older it is, the less likely your audience will remember or even see it.

5. Turn on Notifications — I have Google alerts turned on for keywords for topics I enjoy writing about. Each morning they send me articles related to these. From there, you can draw inspiration from the topics.
